About Me

My Story

In middle school, I competitively read chapter books for “points” that I could redeem at an end-of-year auction. I spent them all on a coupon for two free medium pizzas from Dominos, instead of the Playstation 3.

In high school I took a bunch of Business electives, including Intro to Marketing. I enjoyed 50% of the curriculum and eventually discovered that the fun half was called “Advertising”. So, I got a degree in it.

After college, some people hired me to work on a few general consumer brands. Then I blinked and found myself writing for Pharma and Healthcare. Makes sense though — my mom has her PhD in Organic Chemistry, so ~science~ clearly runs in the family.

Somewhere in between these events I moved to Philadelphia, dabbled in A Cappella, took some Improv classes, and joined a DnD 5e adventuring party.
